- A tetrahedron may consist of four triangles which are equilateral in nature. The equilateral triangles are the types of triangles whose angle measures about 60 degrees. The sum of all these angles results in 180 degrees (60 + 60 + 60 = 180).
How to Identify a Regular Polygon?
